Attorney Consultations & Legal Advice

Read before booking:

  • If your matter/case is urgent, please get in touch with us at 321-206-3603

  • Sending an email or scheduling a paid consultation without retaining us does not create an attorney/client relationship with Easler Law.

  • We offer flat-fee engagements to potential clients as often as possible. If we cannot provide a flat-fee engagement, we charge $350 per hour, plus any costs or fees associated with the matter.

  • We offer flat-fee engagements for wills, trusts, and estate plans and credit the initial consultation fee paid when you retain us to prepare a will, trust, or estate plan. (*for sophisticated or very complex estate plans, we charge $350 per hour, plus any costs and fees associated with the matter)

  • We charge a flat fee of $350 for a 30-minute consultation for real estate deeds and then prepare the deed for free.

  • Our consultations provide potential clients with valuable legal advice and information because the attorney assigned to your consultation will take time to review the information you provide before your consultation. This preparation allows our attorneys to deliver excellent value for your time.

  • Payment can be made online for virtual or phone consultations or in-person when you arrive.

  • Gather all the relevant information and documents related to your case and send them to your attorney. This will give the lawyer a good overview of your situation and help them provide better advice and value.

  • Make a list of questions you want to ask the attorney. This will help you make the most of your consultation time.

  • Be prepared to discuss your budget and what you hope to achieve from the consultation. You can get the most out of your attorney consultation with some preparation.
