Easler Law was founded on the principle that, while there is a time and a place to compromise, you should never have to compromise on your attorney.
Before becoming an attorney and founding Easler Law in 2021 along with his long-time friend and attorney Jennifer Altreche, Andrew Easler was a teacher and entrepreneur who has successfully started, operated, and sold several private and public companies since 2009 and has real-world experience in many aspects of estate planning, probate, real estate and land use, title and closings, business law and compliance training.
After retaining several law firms for our projects, we were never satisfied with the legal work or the experience we received, so we decided to do it ourselves.
Our practice is designed to fill in the gaps where traditional firms fall short: applying experience where it matters, making ourselves available when you need us, seeing the big picture, appreciating budget constraints, taking the time to understand your business trajectory, and anticipating areas of both opportunity and conflict.
At Easler Law, our licensed attorneys provide legal advice to clients locally in Brevard County, throughout Florida, and the District of Columbia.
Our core practice areas include all aspects of estate planning, probate, real estate and land use, corporate and business law, and administrative and regulatory compliance.
Whether you are looking to create a will or trust for your estate, probate a will, buy or sell any type of real estate, or establish a new business venture in Florida, our experienced attorneys are here to help you navigate complex and unique Florida laws.
With decades of real-world experience across various industries, we are well equipped to provide the tailored legal guidance you need to achieve your goals and navigate the complexities of the law.

We believe we play an important role in a local economic ecosystem. Staying involved and connected with the people and organizations that drive our community forward allows us to better understand and serve its needs.
Why settle for a firm that can’t be bothered to automate its own procedures, let alone implement time-saving features for you like e-Signatures and electronic billing and payment processing? It is our belief that a firm living in the technological past isn’t fully capable of looking to the future for its clients.
Honesty, integrity, and ethics are our guiding principles. If our clients cannot trust us to do the right thing, they won’t trust our advice. Our word is our bond, and we mean it in matters big and small. We strive to deliver our services as promised and in the manner promised and refuse to cut corners.
